The second release was in the green livery of Joseph Lucas. It was issued in 1986 and it had red plastic wheels and light brown seats. The name of the company and the company crest were displayed on the canopy and below was the "King of the Road" legend.

Variations/Rarities: Although slight differences to the appearance of the lettering 'King of the Road' have been noted, these can be attributed to the pressure applied by tampo printing pads.
Canopy and tilt components were made from self coloured plastic and later issues have a mottled appearance. Whether this mottled finish was intended or not is not known, but when compared to the normal smooth finish is quite apparent.
It had red plastic wheels and light brown seats. A recent un-listed variation is it was found with black seats.
The Lucas version is probably the most common.
There are no rarities.
